HOUSING PROGRAMS

The following programs assist with home ownership and home improvements for Fountain Valley residents:

Home Improvement Program

The City of Fountain Valley has grants, deferred low interest loans, and rebates to help low to moderate income home owners repair their homes. Applications are being accepted to join the Home Improvement Program waiting list.

Affordable Housing Programs

Fountain Valley's Community Development Department offers programs to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing for very low- and low-income residents. HUD-subsidized rental housing is administered through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for qualified families and individuals, and additional opportunities are administered through the programs listed below.
