What comes with my rental package?

• Tables and Chairs (quantity based on room setup)
• 1 Podium (if requested in advance)
• Dance Space (based on setup and if requested in advance)
• AV Equipment (if requested in advance and per availability) 
• Stage with steps (8ftx16ft) available at Center at Founders Village

How do I rent the space?

• Fill out an application and return it to either the Fountain Valley Recreation Center and Sports Park or The Center at Founders Village or email the form to Rentals@FountainValley.org.
• Holding fees are required to secure the rental, date, and time and will be used towards total rental fees. Rental fees are due at least 3 weeks prior to the event.  

Is alcohol allowed?

• Alcohol is not permitted at any functions for 18 years and younger. 
  • (Quinceanera, baptisms, birthdays, student activities, etc.
• Alcohol is permitted at adult functions only.
  • When serving alcohol, a security guard(s) are required for your event (please see City approved vendor list):
    • 1 security guard up to 100 people
    • 2 security guards over 100 people
• The security guards need to be present during the event; not during setup/clean-up.
