  3. Fire Event Program Request
    FVFD programs include community events, school programs where we visit schools and teach fire safety, and station tours where you can come to our house to see what we do.

  5. Group Guidelines
    Event requests should be scheduled at least 14 days in advance, but not more than 90 days in advance. This is to accommodate conflicts with station operations and mandatory firefighter training. For station tours, there must be at least one (1) adult chaperone for every ten (10) children. Event requests are not available for individual parties. Certain services may be pending based on availability of the equipment during date requested.
  6. Please provide adequate space to accommodate a Fire Truck to safely park outdoors and have the space to depart in the event firefighters are called to an emergency.
  7. Requests for an event are available any day of the week EXCEPT Fridays, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

  10. Submission of this this form does not guarantee that the department will attend the event. Your request will be considered and a member of our staff will contact you within 72 hours to speak with you about your request.

  11. Please note we make every effort to fulfill your request. Firefighters remain "in-service" and available for emergency responses, even during scheduled community events. In the event firefighters are called away during their visit, we will gladly reschedule your program. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
