Every year, the City of Fountain Valley comes together to reflect on our shared accomplishments, embrace our community spirit, and look forward to what’s next — and 2026 is no exception. This year’s State of the City, themed “Stars, Stripes & FV Proud,” promises to be a celebratory, inspiring evening honoring both our City and the United States as we mark the nation’s 250th anniversary.
On Thursday, March 5, 2026, community members, business leaders, and City officials will gather at Freedom Hall in Mile Square Park for an evening of connection and reflection. The event will include:
- A delicious dinner and live entertainment
- Community celebration and patriotic highlights
- An engaging look back at Fountain Valley’s achievements over the past year
- Forward-looking presentations of key initiatives and priorities for the year ahead
Attendees are encouraged to wear their red, white, and blue — not just in celebration of our country’s birthday, but as a symbol of our community’s unity and enduring pride.
A food fair — Experience FV 2026 — will also be part of the festivities, showcasing local food offerings and giving residents even more reasons to come together.
