On November 14, 2015 at approximately 11:22 pm, Fountain Valley Police Officers responded to a residence in the area of Warner Avenue and San Bruno Street, in reference to a well-being check. When Officers arrived on scene, they located a female outside the residence that was distraught and had visible contusions. As Officers began their investigation, the female victim advised that she had just been assaulted and that the suspect was inside her residence. Officers entered the victim’s residence and located Christopher Lee Turner, 7/22/69, of Anaheim. As the investigation continued, Officers confirmed that a physical assault had taken place. In addition, Officers also confirmed that Turner had made forcible sexual advances on the victim. Christopher Lee Turner was subsequently arrested for attempted forcible rape, assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, sexual assault, and kidnapping. Turner was booked into Orange County Jail; bail has been set for $1,010,000.
