On September 2, 2015, at 2:05AM, the Fountain Valley Police Department responded to a commercial business complex located at 17150 Newhope regarding a witness reporting what was described as glass breaking. Officers arrived on scene and detained a male subject who was walking away from the location. The subject had drywall and insulation debris on his clothing. Further investigation revealed the subject entered an unlocked vacant unit and used a pry bar to tunnel through the drywall into another business. No loss was reported from the business. Suspect David Arnold was arrested for commercial burglary and possession of burglary tools. While conducting a further search of the area Police Officers located two additional suspects hiding in a vehicle. The investigation confirmed that all three suspects were acquaintances and had arrived at the location together. Thomas Boone and Renee Alvarez were arrested for conspiracy. Incident # 15-37525
