The contractor (R.J. Noble Company) is scheduled to perform grinding and paving work on Bushard Street. The project limits will be on the southbound lanes of Bushard Street from Rose Avenue to Warner Avenue.

Grinding and paving work is scheduled to start Monday, November 3, 2025 and is anticipated to be completed by Wednesday, November 5, 2025. The construction work will be performed during business hours from approximately 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

As a reminder, please comply with all posted parking restrictions. Vehicles parked in a posted “NO PARKING” area may be towed and will prolong the construction process. Residents and Business/Property Owners are allowed to drive in and out of their property when cold mill and grinding occurs. Residents and Business/Property Owners will not be able to drive on the new asphalt for approximately 3 hours after asphalt has been placed. Please prepare ahead of time by parking your vehicle(s) on a different street where paving will not occur on that specific day, if needed. Once asphalt has set, then the contractor will open the street for the public to drive on.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the construction of this important project. Should you have any questions and/or concerns, please call the Public Works Department at (714) 593-4433.
