The Lunar New Year Festival is an Appreciation of History and Culture Event with many fun activities for anyone to enjoy. This FREE event will take place at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center, located at 16400 Brookhurst St. on Saturday, February 3 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
