Christmas Day 2017: As the December 25 Christmas holiday is on a Monday, there will be no change in the trash collection schedule.
New Year’s Day 2018: As New Year’s Day is on Monday, there will be no change in the trash collection schedule.
HOLIDAY STREET SWEEPING SCHEDULE
Christmas 2017: As the December 25 Christmas holiday is on a Monday, there will be no change in the street sweeping schedule.
New Year’s Day 2018: As New Year’s Day is on Monday, there will be no change in the street sweeping schedule.
Please remember to remove vehicles and trash cans from the street to allow the street sweeper to properly clean the street and prevent trash from entering the storm drain system and polluting the ocean. Christmas trees will be collected for recycling from Tuesday, January 2 through Friday, January 15, 2018.
Extra cardboard can also be placed at the curb on trash day for recycling by Rainbow Environmental Services.
