[ARCHIVED] Tet Festival Restricted Parking Information

No Parking.jpg

These temporary restrictions are designed to protect residents from overflow parking from the event.

Fountain Valley Police Department will distribute two (2) Preferential Permit Parking passes to each residence that are in the impacted area, valid for February 12-14, 2016. Residents will be instructed to display the parking pass in the lower left front window of their vehicle. Additional permits and parking decals are available at the Police Department upon request and proof of residency.

Guest passes, which can also be obtained from the Police Department upon request by a resident, are to be clearly displayed in the lower left front window of the guest’s vehicle.
Residents do not need permits for their cars that they park in their own driveways and garages. They only will need permits for cars they park on the street.

The Fountain Valley Police Department will staff additional officers and parking control personnel to enforce traffic safety laws as well as the permit parking only restrictions. This extra police staffing will be paid for by the event promoters.
