The City of Fountain Valley has updated certain sections of the Draft Environmental Impact (EIR) that has been prepared for the proposed Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan with additional analysis. A 45-day public review period is being provided for  the Partial Recirculated Draft EIR to allow interested persons to review the updated sections and submit comments on the adequacy of the recirculated sections.

This 45-day period began on October 6, 2017 and ends on November 20, 2017 at 5 p.m. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines § 15088.5(f)(2), the City of Fountain Valley is requesting that reviewers limit their comments to the revised chapters or portions of the recirculated Draft EIR as the City need only respond to comments on the portions of the Draft EIR that are being recirculated.

Comments should be provided in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 20, 2017 to:
