The Fountain Valley City Council welcomed newly elected official, Jim Cunneen, on December 6, 2022. Cunneen was sworn in to serve the City as a Council Member for the next four years. Cunneen was elected by Fountain Valley residents in the November 8, 2022, general election. Welcome, Jim to the Fountain Valley Team!
A City Council reorganization also took place on December 6, 2022. Kim Constantine was voted in as the next Mayor by a 5-0 vote and was sworn in to serve as the 2022-2023 Mayor and Glenn Grandis was voted in by a 5-0 vote and sworn in to serve as the Mayor Pro Tem for 2022-2023 calendar year.
