The City is rolling out a Customer Satisfaction Survey that will be available in person at City facilities or online via our website.

Customers will be surveyed on their experience with City staff, the facility atmosphere, whether or not the staff is knowledgeable during their visit, and the overall service that was provided during their interaction with City staff or visit to a City facility.
