The City Welcomes Interim Finance Director Sherry Johnson

The City of Fountain Valley welcomed Interim Finance Director Sherry Johnson on August 1, 2022. Sherry comes to us with over 25 years of municipal finance experience, where she worked for the City of Westminster, retiring with the positions of Finance Director and Interim City Manager. Since her retirement in February of 2021, she’s assisted the Westminster Finance Department and recently spent seven months with the City of Seal Beach as their Interim Finance Director. The City of Fountain Valley's Finance Department is happy to have her lead and assist the team while the City proceeds with the recruitment and selection of the permanent Finance Director.
