2022 General Municipal Election

A General Municipal Election will be held in the City of Fountain Valley on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, for the election of the following officers:


Three (3) Members of the City Council - Full term of four (4) years

The nomination period for these offices begins on Monday, July 18, 2022, and closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2022. Nomination papers are only available from the City Clerk during regular office hours (Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm and alternating Fridays 7 am to 4 pm). The City Clerk’s Office is located at City Hall, 10200 Slater Ave, Fountain Valley, CA 92677. For an appointment, please call the City Clerk’s Office at (714) 593-4445.
