The Fountain Valley Recreation Center has a new welcoming look! As you enter from the north side of the building you are greeted by a lighted marquee that looks great at night, too. The lobby is a modern and sleek open concept reception area where the staff can easily greet visitors and patrons as they enter the building. The flooring in the lobby is a nice tile that sets the mood and when you enter the other community rooms, they have new dark gray vinyl flooring. Each room has white cabinetry with beautiful white counters and a sink that blends well with the room. The new kitchen is a commercial-grade kitchen with all the bells and whistles, including a great stove, warming ovens, ice machine, 3-compartment sink and storage that will be well-used.
The renovated building goes well with the new facility rental program that boasts community accessibility for non-profit organizations, community groups, private groups and businesses to have an opportunity to rent the facility with reasonable rates and an easy rental process.
