Strategic Planning Update

On November 4, 2021, City Council and the Management Team completed the Strategic Planning Workshop facilitated by Snider and Associates (on Zoom) at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center. The team restated the City’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Three-Year Goals. They also discussed accomplishments in the last six months and identified the upcoming 6-month strategic objectives. City Council approved and adopted the 6-month strategic objectives for November 4, 2021 through May 5, 2022 at the November 16, 2021 City Council Meeting.
