PW_Help Us Fight Graffiti

Fighting graffiti is a team effort involving Public Works, Code Enforcement, the Police Department, residents, and businesses.

As residents, you can help by calling Fountain Valley’s Graffiti Hotline at 714-593-4604 to report graffiti. If you observe graffiti in progress, call 911. Do not confront the person(s) committing the crime. Individuals can receive a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person who applied graffiti to public or private property in the City.

Businesses can help fight graffiti by promptly removing any graffiti on their property. Unabated graffiti reduces property values, invites further vandalism and crime, negatively impacts neighborhood pride, and causes loss of business to neighbor commercial enterprises. Businesses that do not remove graffiti will be reported to Code Enforcement and subject to fines.
