After a year of limited service due to COVID-19 restrictions, the City of Fountain Valley Home Improvement Program is reopening for exterior and interior repairs.  Financial assistance is available in the form of grants, rebates, and low-interest loans for income eligible single-family home and mobile home owners.  For more information and application materials, please visit the Housing Rehabilitation Program page on the City of Fountain Valley website. You may also pick up an application from Fountain Valley City Hall located at 10200 Slater Ave., Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
