Proposed Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan Scheduled for City Council on June 20

The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council consider the Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan with modifications, and the certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report. A public hearing before the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, in Council Chambers, 10200 Slater Avenue.

The Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan will provide a new vision for the light industrial district that is south of Talbert, north of Ellis, east of Ward and west of the Santa Ana River, as an alternative land use in Fountain Valley. The long term goal is to allow the district to transform into an active and pedestrian friendly environment.
