As of August 19, County of Orange is below all of the State's data monitoring thresholds. After three consecutive days, the County of Orange was removed from the County Monitoring List as of August 23.

On August 3, 2020, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) issued guidance regarding the school waiver process to be considered for in-person re-opening. Guidance documents can be found here. Applications will be reviewed by the County Health Office in consultation with CDPH, Orange County schools may submit a completed waiver application to TK6Waiver@ochca.com.
