Jennifer Lampman grew up running track and playing soccer here in Orange County, graduating from Irvine High School. She briefly left Orange County to attend the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Urban Studies and Planning and was honored to serve as the captain of both the Track and Field and Cross-County teams. Once back in Orange County, Jennifer furthered her education earning a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Jennifer was drawn to public service early in her career after seeing first-hand the positive impact a family friend had on the community through her successful work as a grant writer.

Jennifer started her career in public service as a Management Analyst with the City of Riverside Police Department and managed grants and capital budgets for the City of Anaheim Public Works department before working her way up to Budget Manager for the City of Huntington Beach and most recently, Administrative Services Manager with the County of Orange.

Jennifer is blessed with twin eight-year-old boys. Jennifer love hiking, running, travel, watching college football and riding her bike at the beach. Jennifer is very excited to join the Fountain Valley team and begin to build relationships with a community modest enough to claim it’s a “A Nice Place to Live”, when it’s financial foresight, commitment to the community it serves, and the collaborative staff dynamic clearly exceed “Nice”.
