City Council
and management team holds a strategic planning session every six-month to
identify strategic objectives for the following six-month. The City’s strategic
objective is committed to be successful in service delivery to our residents,
businesses and visitors. The strategic planning session was held on November
19, 2019 and the group identified 57 accomplishments from May to November 2019.
City Council has approved the upcoming 6-month strategic objectives at the
