The original item was published from August 26, 2019 4:06 PM to August 29, 2019 1:48 PM

After a few months of construction improvements, Cordata Park is partially re-opened! Both the playground area and the new basketball court are open for residents to use. However, a large portion of the park, including the reservoir and areas around the reservoir remain in construction. Several improvements have been completed to date on this project, including the installation of a new basketball court, replacing the old basketball court on Reservoir 2. In addition to construction of new walkways around the playground area, a new water fountain, and new ADA compliant picnic areas. Temporary fencing will be relocated in order for the residents to freely access the new basketball court and playground area.  For your safety, public access to the area inside the temporary fencing is restricted to construction personnel.
