The Fountain Valley Community Foundation will be hosting an electronic waste (e-waste) collection event on Saturday, April 22, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the community to drop-off their unwanted electronic items.

In conjunction with the E-Waste event, Star Real Estate is sponsoring Free Paper Shredding from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Documents are limited to 5 boxes per car. The two events will take place in the parking lot next to the Fountain Valley Recreation Center located at 16400 Brookhurst Street.

These are free services offered to residents to properly dispose of their e-waste and documents and help divert waste from landfills.
