Finance Department - Accounts Receivable Changes

Account receivable billing

The City of Fountain Valley’s Finance Department has recently implemented a new Accounts Receivable billing module. All invoicing and permits will go through the Accounts Receivable system which will greater assist the various departments in tracking their open invoices due to the City of Fountain Valley.

One major change our residents will notice is that the annual billing for the Paramedic Membership program will use a new billing format. This new format also identifies the coverage period of the permit. If you should have any questions regarding your Paramedic permit, please call the Fountain Valley Fire Department Administrator at (714) 593-4436.

**Please note, this change does not affect the Utility Billing system or the look of the Utility Bills.
