City staff is gearing up to promote the approved Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan. City staff will meet and update existing property owners on what has been approved by the City Council. It is important for City staff to learn from the existing property owners if there are any interest in doing anything different based on the approved district uses. Once there is an expressed interest, City staff will work with the property owner(s) to market the site(s) to developers. We are excited about Fountain Valley’s future and the potential opportunities of generating new revenues to be fiscally sound.
