Sworn Police Officer Salary:
$88,695.36 - $107,809.76 annually
$42.64-$51.83 hourly
POST Intermediate Certificate: 5% of base hourly rate
POST Advanced Certificate: 12% of base hourly rate
Longevity Pay:
5% after 5 yrs.
7% after 10 yrs.
8% after 15 yrs.
Specialty Pay: FTO, K9, Traffic, SRO, Detectives, SWAT
Fitness/Wellness Incentives:
10 hours of accrued compensation per month
Up to $195 of Fitness Pay per month

2-5 yrs. 4.62 hrs. (120 hrs. total)
