The committee’s primary function and responsibilities are to facilitate the development of barrier-free buildings and facilities within the City of Fountain Valley.

Housing & Community Development Advisory Board

This committee reviews the city’s ongoing Block Grant Program and makes recommendations for future activities to be undertaken by the city.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the City Council regarding amendment or repeal of a Master Plan, development within the city, subdivision of land, blighted and substandard areas of the city, zoning and land use, etc.
