Project Description: Becker Boards Small, LLC (Applicant) is proposing to demolish an existing 60-foot-tall pole sign structure located at 18375 Euclid Street and construct a new pole-mounted digital sign in its place. The proposed Project would require an amendment to Section 2.9 of the Fountain Valley Crossings Specific Plan, issuance of an Outdoor Advertising Permit from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and a Development Agreement with the City of Fountain Valley.
PUBLIC REVIEW: The City of Fountain Valley has prepared a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and supporting Initial Study for the Becker Billboard Project. The MND was made available for a 30-day public review period beginning March 17, 2022 and ending April 16, 2022.

Public Hearing Notice - A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 10200 Slater Avenue, Fountain Valley, and the request also includes a Development Agreement to be considered at the November 15, 2022 City Council Meeting.
